Laboratory Quality

  • Our laboratory is certified by the State Department of Health DUI and Substance Abuse Testing divisions and our methodology is held "valid and admissible" as evidence by the Supreme Court of the State of Hawaii
  • We provide evidence deemed "valid and admissible" by the Supreme Court of the State of Hawaii

Experienced Staff

  • Lab Director has a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and over 18 years of Forensic Toxicology experience
  • We hire only State-licensed Medical Technologists
  • All of our collectors are certified to perform DOT collections.
  • All of our Breath Alcohol technicians are nationally certified by CMI, Inc.

Collection Services

  • We offer over 29 urine drug screen collection locations available statewide
  • Extended Hour collections availabe at our Airport Trader Center location on Oahu from 6:00am until 10:00pm Monday - Saturday and on Sundays from 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • We offer job site collection services statewide
  • We offer after hour drug screen collection at six locations statewide including breath alcohol testing services for post-accident and reasonable suspicion
  • The after hour locations are:

* Kona Community Hospital

* North Hawaii Community Hospital

* Hilo Medical Center

* Maui Memorial Hospital

* Wilcox Memorial Hospital

Industries with the highest rates of drug use include many of the same industries at high-risk of occupational injuries, such as construction, mining, manufacturing and wholesale4
